Josh shot a squirrel and it immediately became the center of attention!
Gus was pretty excited!
He even tried to count the squirrel's teeth!
At first the kids kept their distance...........
Except for Will ~ he was fascinated . He helped Josh scrape the bark off a limb so they could cook the squirrel later.
Time to start skinning the squirrel. It was definitely an experience my kids will remember!
There was lots of laughter when the Josh pointed out that the squirrel was a boy!

Each kid that wanted a turn to cook the squirrel got a turn, but when it was time to taste it, only Will remained!
Believe it or not, the boy that gags at EVERYTHING actually had a taste. It was a very small taste but he did it!
