Thanksgiving with the Cousins

We had dinner at Studebaker's with Gus, Fritz and Luke the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  They were pretty proud of themselves to be sitting at a big kid table!

On Thanksgiving Day we picked GG up and headed to HPU for lunch.  It was raining a little bit and the boys were very helpful with the umbrella and opening the door for her.

Gussie Lou and Quincy ~ In deep discussion
Kirklyn, Goldie and Geyer ~ touch cuties!

Not sure what's going on with these guys, but it looks like they have a case of the sillies!
Goldie got her feeling hurt and Will was trying to make her feel better.

Will and Goldie

Will sure does love his youngest cousin Goldie.  If I am working in the church nursery Will always offers to help.  He is really great with little ones, he gets down in the floor and plays with them.

Hilary had to run errands one Saturday morning so Goldie came to hang out at our house.  Will had fun entertaining her ~ she even let him wear her bow!

Gaylord*Ice

We went through the Ice Exhibit while we were at the Gaylord.  Luke, Kriklyn and Quincy (and Ben and Amy) met us there to go through the tour with us.  It was literally FREEZING!

Even though we dressed warm, we all wore the coats that were provided ~ and we were still cold!

Kirklyn liked the USA flag
There were slides made of ice and the kids tried it out ~ Thomas went first.

Gaylord by Morning

Santa and Rudolph made entirely of balloons.  I was just hoping the kids didn't get too close and pop them!

These 4 always have fun when they're together!

Gaylord at Night

Our family made a quick trip to Grapevine to meet up with the Smith's and stay at the Gaylord Texan Hotel.  The kids loved running around in their PJ's ~ and were actually happy to pose for pictures (for once!)
Cate, Will, Thomas and Evan

Love Evan's super cheesy smile!

After exploring the hotel it was time to get ready for bed.  Room service delivered hot chocolate.  Great to calm them down at the end of a long night ~ not!
