It's rodeo time at Woodland Heights Elementary!
"Riding" into the rodeo grounds on their stick horses.
Saying the pledge and singing the Star Spangled Banner ~ the kids took this part very seriously!

First the kids got to practice branding a cow using paint ~
Then with a little help they were able to brand their own block of wood ~ with "real" fire!
Will and his buddy Daegan enjoying a snack of trail mix and cactus juice (aka lemonade!)
