Thomas' 2nd grade class read the book Flat Stanley and made their very own versions of him to send out on an adventure. Thomas decided to send his to see Martha Kate and Zac in Alaska, and I must admit I'm jealous of all the fun things he got to do!

Stanley got to visit the school where Martha Kate works. This is the principal of the school.
After spending several weeks in Alaska, Stanely was ready for a vacation ~ in Hawaii!

Stanley was handed off to Paw Paw in Melinda for the trip back to Texas. They stopped to eat at California Pizza Kitchen
Thomas reunited with Stanley! He did a presentation to his class and read the journal that Stanley (with the help of Martha Kate) wrote. It was a great learning experience!
