It Ain't Easy Being Green!

As you can see, Thomas dressed as a frog for Halloween. I'm not sure he was too thrilled with the whole costume business. He did enjoy the "Cake Crawl" at our chruch's festival. He didn't win, but it didn't seem to bother him too much!

Is it a mole???

After I feed Thomas his baby food I usually give him some fruit puffs to keep him occupied for a little while. Well, after a few minutes I noticed something strange on the side of his face. I couldn't imagine him having a mole that I hadn't seen before. Upon closer inspection I realized it was a fruit puff! I think he was embarrassed, don't you??

Toilet Time

My friend Marci came over today and watched Thomas for a little while. Before she left she borrowed our restroom but forgot to shut the door when she was finished! I was doing something in the kitchen and could hear Thomas having a good ole time so I went to his room to see what he was doing. Well, he wasn't in his room, he was in the bathroom slamming the toilet lid up and down! It was the first time but I'm sure not the last!

The Great Pumpkin

It was a cute idea.........Get a Big Pumpkin, clean out all gunk from the inside of the pumpkin, put Thomas in it and take his picture! Wouldn't he look adorable with his red hair and sweet smile! Well, things didn't go quite as planned. The first time I put him in the pumpkin he flipped out (no, the top picture isn't the first time, it's more like the 5th time!). So we had "Pumpkin Therapy" a few times a day for 3 days before taking these pictures. I'd take Thomas to the pumpkin and let him touch it and pat it. He finally got used to it, and actually had fun playing in his new "toy"!

Halloween Hat

Thomas sure looked cute in his orange candy corn outfit and hat! And he's proud to show off all of those teeth!

Brushing Teeth

T2 (Sam's dad) is a dentist and he decided that it was time to start brushing Thomas' teeth, so T2 got Thomas a new toothbrush and toothpaste. I decided it was best to brush them in the bathtub the first time because I knew it would be messy. Sam got to do the brushing while I took pictures. Thomas was actually a pretty good sport about the whole thing!

I took this video when we were in Abilene for ACU's Homecoming. Thomas shared his teething ring only because it distracted Gray long enough for him to steal the pacifier. Thomas hasn't taken a pacifier since he was a tiny baby so he's not sure what to do with Gray's, but it sure is interesting!

Tag Time

Notice the placement of the tag on Thomas' PJ's. Guess who got him dressed. Enough said. 

Crib Tasting

Thomas decided to take a bite out of his crib ~ he wasn't too fond of the taste! Everytime I took a picture he blinked, which makes him look pretty goofy!

A C U Homecoming 2006

Thomas went to the ACU Homecoming Parade to see his cousin Gray ride on a float. He really enjoyed all of the sights and sounds. Afterwards Thomas was in his carseat and Gray sat up there with him. At first Thomas wasn't too sure about sharing his toys, but decided it was okay after all!

Money Jar

We have a jar in our bedroom that we put change into. It has become one of Thomas' favorite things to pull up to. At first he was surprised to see me taking a picture but quickly became pretty smug about the whole thing!

What did you say, RT?

Thomas' great grandparents are in town and we went over for a visit. Thomas was playing on the opposite side of the coffeetable when all of the sudden he made a beeline for RT. He crawled under the coffee table and pulled right up to RT's chair and had a chat. I'm not sure what they discussed, but as you can see, Thomas was being a good listener and was pleased with the conversation!

Thomas went to Lubbock last weekend and helped me babysit his cousins. We had a great time ~ he loved hanging out with the big kids!
