Easter Baskets

The Easter Bunny brought the boys some fun goodies this year ~

Both of the boys were very interested in the battery powered water guns ~ I see lots of wet clothes in their future!

Will couldn't wait to get his hands on his new baseball tee and practice balls.

I love that kids are always fascinated with those toys you push really fast to open up and show something hidden inside.  Never gets old!

Baby Chicks

One of Sam's co-workers bought the boys 6 baby chicks for Easter.  I wasn't too thrilled with it at first, but I have to admit they were pretty cute! And the boys got a kick out of playing with their baby "sisters" (as they called them!)

Carl was very curious about the chicks, but he didn't get close enough to bother them very much!

Trip to the Zoo with Will's Pre-K Class

Will and his friends are ready to explore the Abilene Zoo!

The first stop: Visiting the crocodile.  We've been to the zoo about 5 times and I have yet to see him in any other position!

Next we headed to the Reptile house.  Not my favorite, but the kids loved it!

This boy wasn't sure what to think about all the snow, but................

It didn't take him long to warm up to his ski instructor and all the fun things there were to learn!
