Ruidoso 2010 ~ Smokey Bear Museum

We went to Ruidoso, New Mexico for our summer vacation. It was really nice to get away and spend some time in the cool mountain air ~ with no agenda!



Our first stop was at the Smokey Bear Museum where we were able to see lots of memorabilia and learn the history of the REAL Smokey Bear.The boys kept a close eye on the lifesize model of Smokey ~ especially Thomas.

They decided it would be okay to play with him.

There was also a fun playground where the boys and Daddy had a fun time on the swing set. Thomas took his job of pushing his Daddy very seriously!
Daddy moved to the big boy swing and Will took over the little swing!
And I must say he really enjoyed himself!
