End of Year Party at Seals

Another fun thing the 3rd graders get to do at the end of the year is go on a special field trip.  This year they went to Seal Gymnastics and had a blast!

The foam pit was the first stop.....

Then over to the rope ladder.
Acting silly while waiting in line for the giant slide.

Trampoline time.
No words....
There's the smile we know and love!

Little Lion Olympics

Each spring the 3rd graders participate in Little Lion Olympics.  Each school is represented and the kids compete in running and field events.  It's a great experience!

Thomas held the flag for his homeroom.
Saying the Pledge of Allegiance and singing the Star Spangled Banner.
Stretching before hitting the races.

Thomas placed 3rd in the 100 yard dash!

He didn't place in the hurdles, but I don't think it bothered him a bit!
Dad's work sponsored the Olympics and Thomas was proud to pose by the sign,

Putting lots of muscle into the shot putt!

All of the teachers with the Woodland Heights flags!
