Thomas is in his 3 year of baseball but his first year to play machine pitch. It's quite a bit different than what he played the past 2 years. He has grown and improved quite a bit over the season. The Cardinals finished undefeated in regular season play and will be going to State at the end of July.

Look very closely and you can see the ball right in front of Thomas ~ the bat headed straight for it!
There goes the ball ~
And there goes Thomas! He got a RBI ~ you can see the boy behind Thomas running to home plate!
And he's SAFE!
He made it to 3rd
And all the way to home!
Thomas had a chance to play pitcher a few times, and did a pretty good job. He didn't have a chance to get bored since he was right in the middle of the action!
Playing outfield, on the other hand..............
Guess those 8:00 games caught up with him!
