Ralph (aka Elf on the Shelf) made his first appearance in our home tonight. We read the book and explained that Ralph would be talking to Santa every night about whether they had been naughty or nice that day. Let's just say so far so good. Both boys went straight to bed after songs and prayers and they were instantly quite and asleep very soon!

This is the cutest idea! Did "he" work more than one day?
Ralph has actually worked pretty well. One down side is whenever Thomas gets in trouble he apologizes to Ralph instead of to Will or Mom or Dad. The hard part for me is remembering to relocate Ralph every night!
