Speed Bump??
Is it a speed bump? NO, it's a walking toy!! (see this picture). We bought it for Thomas about 2 years ago so he could push it around when he was learning how to walk. I'm not sure how it ended up outside and I'm REALLY not sure how it ended up under the Escalade!
