What's Going On Here??

Are you serious that he calls Hillary Do Do? Is it long oh's or ooo's? Because for some reason that's what Nathan calls my sister Emily... these two boys... it's a little weird sometimes the things they do alike :)
I want the pronunciation on that too.....so I will know how to address her the next time I see her.
