Christmas 2017

Another fun Christmas at the Stewardsons!  It's getting pretty difficult to convince the boys not to get up without us!  They were both exited to get a Nintendo Switch and other gifts.  Carl and Chester were happy with their new rope toys!  

GG joined us for Christmas lunch ~ we all enjoyed her company!

Santa Visit

Chester wanted to meet Santa, so the boys went with him.  I'm not sure if he's on the naughty or the nice list! 

6th Grade Basketball Championship

Thomas played basketball after school.  The PE coach put together teams of 6th graders to play against each other.  Thomas' team did great the whole season and made it to the championship.  They played in the high school gym.

Boys from the high school varsity team coached the 6th grade boys.  Blake Bronniman gave Thomas some good tips and put him back in the game.

The boys did a great job and won the championship game!  Thomas is a great player, both defensively and offensively.  So proud of him!

Heartland Christmas Party 2017

We made a quick trip to Ft. Worth to the funeral home Christmas Party. Always great company and food!

N A S A Space Center

We returned from the cruise on Thanksgiving day and headed straight to NASA Space Center in Houston,  We all loved all of the exhibits and experiments.  The tour was very informative ~ lots of history about the space program!

We ended the day with a trip to Luby's cafeteria.  Not your usually Thanksgiving dinner, but to us it hit the spot! 

Cozumel

We had a fun time in port at Cozumel, Mexico.  We spent the day enjoying authentic Mexican food and playing on the beaches.  The boys even got a fish pedicure!  They put their feet in an aquarium of tiny fish that ate the dead skin off of them!
