Each morning when Will got to class he had a quick write prompt to answer. Some of the following ones are my favorites, along with a few more of his writing samples. I love his creative mind!

Last Day of School 2016
It's hard to believe, but another school year has come and gone. Thomas completed 4th grade and Will completed 2nd grade. Both boys had a great year and we are extremely proud of them!
Will was recognized for several things at the end of the year assembly. He made the All A Honor Roll for the whole year, he had perfect attendance for the whole year, he received a good citizenship award, and Green Team certificate. I'd say 2nd grade was a success!
Cate and Will showing off their awards!
I wasn't able to go to Thomas' awards assembly because it was held at the same time as the one at my school. However, Grandmother and Granddaddy were there to support him. He got an award for A/B Honor Roll all year as well as perfect attendance all year. We are very proud of all his hard work!

The boys completed another year in Scouts and received several awards. Will completed the Wolf rank and Thomas completed Webelos 1. They really enjoy all the Scout activities and learn a lot along the way!

Thomas Can See!!
Thomas can SEE!!!
Some of my favorite quotes after he put the glasses on:
"The world looks so clear and soft now!"
"It's like my eyes are looking through a camera lens!"
Thomas never complained of headaches or not being able to see distances until a few weeks ago when he couldn't see the digital clock across the room. Apparently his world has been blurry for quite some time but he never realized it should look different!

Thomas' Recorder Program
Thomas learned to play the recorder this year at school and they had a little program to show off their talents. He is really quite musical!

Thomas' Mother's Day Book
Thomas made this book for me at school. It's a tradition in 4th grade and I LOVE it! He knows me so well!
