100th Day of School / Star Student

The 1st graders celebrated the 100th day of school by dressing up like they were 100 years old.  I think Will looks pretty good for his age!

Will was chosen to represent his class as the Star Student for the 3rd six weeks!

Thomas was also chosen to represent his class as the Star Student for the 3rd six weeks.  We are so proud of both boys and the great kids that they are!

After the birthday lunch we all went over to Paw Paw and Melinda's house and let the kids run and play outside.  They loved spending the afternoon together!

All of the Stewardson kids and grandkids went to Abilene and surprised Paw Paw to help him celebrate his 70th birthday.  It was lots of fun for everyone!

Pictograph Project

Thomas' 3rd grade class has been studying pictograph.  Their project assignment was to choose a topic for and to survey their classmates on what their favorite thing would be.  Thomas chose to survey his friends on their favorite local pharmacy.  He did lots of work and was very proud of the final results!

Will's "Dream"

Will's 1st grade class has been studying about Martin Luther King Jr.  They had a writing assignment where they wrote what their dream for themselves is.  I love Will's answer!
